The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE there is.
THE BEST customer service there is. My first Origaudio purchase was a Penryn Pack to be used for when I travel. I had troubles with delivery and getting the bag on time for my travels and I reached out. Bryan helped and made sure I got the bag on time for my International trip Dec of 2018. Aside from loving the bag, I remember the excellent customer service I received. I have used my Penryn Pack for several international and domestic flights since then and it worked great. I then purchased the Mission Pack June 2019, initially for work but didn’t really get the chance to use it other than for me to put some change of clothing and leave it in the car. I then decided to use my Mission Pack for my Oct 2019 international travels. To my dismay, I noticed a tear in one of the straps when I hang the bag when I was in the airport toilet before boarding my flight. The tear was obviously a manufacturing defect that I never noticed when I initially got the bag (I did not really inspect it when I first got it, which was definitely my fault, so I just assumed I could no longer get it replaced). I decided to write Origaudio about it (and sent a photo) just to let them know, not really expecting much. To my surprise, I got an immediate reply (while I was still in the Airport mind you), letting me know where to email so it can be replaced. I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I was. They even arranged to have the replacement mailed 3wks after our initial correspondence as I was unavailable to receive the replacement in the mail. Everything was sorted out even before I left for my first leg of international trip! I can’t tell you how much I talked about their superb customer service when I arrived my destination in Europe. Even my sisters were highly impressed. I just got the replacement in the mail! This time I made sure to check all the stitches haha. Seriously, the best customer service, ever. This is how I know Origaudio will make it big because they take care of their customers. When I made my first ever purchase Nov 2018, I was choosing between the Penryn vs Mission Pack for my trips. I really liked the Mission Pack because it was the most practical in terms of usage (travel + everyday use) but it didn’t have the most important detail for me—the luggage slide through. It was for this reason that I opted to get the Penryn Pack for my first purchase. 7 months after I purchased it, I still really wanted the Mission Pack so I decided to just buy it (so I can stop looking at it time and again lol). True, it was unpractical to have 2 bags that can be used for both everyday use and for traveling, especially since they look alike (in color at least), but yeah. Looking forward to the improved version of the Mission Pack (+ luggage slide through, improved zipper for the insulated cooler pocket, more color choices). Thank you for your excellent customer service. Seriously the best I’ve experienced, for both my purchases (and I do most of my shopping online so that’s something.) ** you know the customer is happy when you see such a lengthy review going on and on and on about how great they are. AND YES, I most definitely love both my Penryn and Mission Packs. KUDOS!

No MISSION impossible with this pack!
Can't say enough about this pack. It's flexible, comfortable, and fits all my stuff...and in a backpack, that's exactly what I was looking for. Plus, it has an attached cooler pack that keeps me cold stuff, well, cold! Thanks Origaudio! Huge fan!

Great bag
I've had this bag 2 weeks, and so far I love it. Great pockets (the water bottle side pockets work great for my big water bottle). The inside is roomy, too, and perfect for day to day stuff, or weekend travel. Again, only two weeks in, but the bag seems to be quality material. I'd recommend this for sure!

That one where the avid bag collector falls in love with a new brand...
Do you recall that scene in the Lion King where Rafiki is holding Simba with outstretched arms to meet the whole kingdom? That is how I feel about this bag! As lifelong backpack aficionado and lover of J*nsport and T*mbuk2 products I can not believe how head-over-heels I am for the Origaudio Mission Pack! It's a great stay-upright design when packed with a solid bottom. Hooray to water bottle pockets that fit reusable bottles and a built-in lunch bag feature that keeps my Red Bulls cold until I want to enjoy them. Bought one for myself and my significant other. We are twinning in style and functionality.

Amazing Design!
So far I’ve used this item to travel internationally to Mexico and it was amazing. It fits an insane amount of items inside the main compartment. I am IN LOVE with the “mini cooler” located in the middle. The side pockets for the waters fit my Hydroflask perfectly. I love the battery pack I bought with it as well. I was able to charge 4 phones and AirPods off of one single charge to the battery pack. I love how it has a compartment for easy access to passports. The only thing I would probably change is the durability of the bottom strap to hold a camera stand. I tried it with mine and it wasn’t reliable, kept slipping out. But worked great with a Yoga mat. I would definitely purchase another backpack like this. Fits all my needs for a day pack of clothes and to pack my camera, snacks, waters, etc. All-in-one, well thought out design. Good job, Origaudio!
